The Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the Company and the AAMAAL Group. It hires the executive chief officer, who is responsible for implementing the company strategy, monitor and approves the financial statements, organizes the Shareholders’ Meeting, and advises the annual shares. The board makes the decisions on the major issues related to business operation and future directions of AAMAAL, to foster sustainable value creation for its partners and business stakeholders.
